In the News: Labor professor interviewed on Marketplace about university strikes

(SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY — JUNE 18, 2024) Jeff Schuhrke, assistant professor, was interviewed on the Marketplace Morning Report about the University of California strike involving graduate and postdoctoral student workers.

Schuhrke spoke about the history of no strike provisions in union contracts as it relates to the University of California after a judge temporarily halted the strike.
